1. Shipping Coverage
We ship across Kenya. If your area is hard to reach or requires special delivery, we’ll hit you up before processing your order.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Weekends and public holidays don’t count. If anything slows us down, we’ll notify you ASAP.
3. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees—couriers can be unpredictable.
4. Shipping Fees
Rates depend on your location and the size/weight of your order. Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number or delivery update from our courier. Keep an eye on your phone—couriers in Kenya love calling before delivery.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier can’t reach you after multiple attempts, the package may be returned. Reshipping fees may apply, so make sure your contact info is correct.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, report it within 48 hours with photos or videos. We’ll sort you out fast.
8. Pre-Orders / Out-of-Stock Items
If you grab a pre-order item, delivery starts once restocked. Expect longer timelines—we’ll keep you updated.
